SALARY PAYMENT PROCESS

Salary Payment Process

Please follow the below steps for processing your WPS without visiting our business outlets.
 
  1. Send your company establishment number and company name to info@aafaq.ae along with the Salary details.
  2. We will contact you with the exact charges (Total salary + Total Charges + Vat  5% on the total charges) along with our bank details.
  3. Transfer or deposit the total amount to our account.
  4. Send the below documents to info@aafaq.ae:
    1. Transfer or deposit receipt;
    2. Salary sheet; and
    3. MOL list of employees.
Note:  The above option applies only for customers whose employees have bank accounts or Aafaq’s Maashi Card (Salary Card)

Dubai Economy’s  & Trakhees Payments Collections through aafaq Islamic Finance Channels

aafaq Islamic Finance has been providing collection services for Dubai Economy payments since 2012 and for Trakhees since 2019, through its outlets located in Several Service Centers (Tas-heel, Amer and others).
 
aafaq is providing alternative solutions for customers to make their payments for Dubai Economy and Trakhees, which are:

  2. Payments through ATMs cash deposit.

  2. Deposit the required amount (Payment voucher amount + AED 21) at Dubai Islamic Bank ATMs, to the following company account:

      • There is no problem in depositing the total deposit amount process in several steps continuously, as some ATMs only accept a specified number of banknotes per deposit (usually between 50 to 80).
      • If the exact amount cannot be deposited (according to the currency denominations accepted in ATMs, usually the lowest one is the AED10 banknote) as specified above, the closest amount must be deposited and it should be in excess of the required amount. Any extra amount will be donated to charitable entities that are accredited within the UAE. For example, if the amount to be paid is AED 15,000, processing fees with tax is AED 21, so the total amount is AED 15,021 but ATMs accept AED 10 as the smallest denomination. Therefore, an amount of AED 15,030 should be deposited, and the extra AED 9 will be donated.
  3. Then send a copy of the deposit receipt with the payment voucher to one of the communication channels mentioned above (email to info@aafaq.ae, WhatsApp +971 56 401 9981 or Aafaq website). aafaq’s support team will send you the license copy.

  1. Deposit the required amount needed to top-up the wallet + AED 31.5 at Dubai Islamic Bank ATMs, to the following company account:

Therefore, an amount of AED 20,040 should be deposited, and the extra AED 8.5 will be added to the customer’s noqodi wallet).
