5) Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any materials that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under a contractual relationship.

aafaq reserves the right to monitor any content that you provide, but shall not be obligated to do so. Although aafaq cannot monitor all postings on Aafaq Website and Aafaq Mobile Application, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any postings that violate these Terms and Conditions as local and foreign copyright laws and international conventions protect the contents of Aafaq Website and Aafaq Mobile Application.

In addition, aafaq takes the appropriate measures to protect the Aafaq Website and Aafaq Mobile Application from data loss, abuse or change of information. Further, you agree to indemnify aafaq, all of its employees and agents from and against all damages, legal fees, losses, expenses and any other costs related to any claims or procedures taken against aafaq arising out of your violation of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, or any other liabilities related to your use of Aafaq Website and Aafaq Mobile Application.

Certain portions of Aafaq Website and Aafaq Mobile Application are limited to registered users and/or allow a user to request support or services online by entering personal information. Meanwhile, you acknowledge that you shall not send, transfer or upload any materials in any form to the Aafaq Website and the Mobile Application which may contain computer viruses, malware, trojan, malicious codes, or destructive elements. Moreover, you acknowledge that you shall not try changing the content of Aafaq Website, nor Aafaq Mobile Application.

All information provided to aafaq through the Website and the Aafaq Mobile Application shall be and shall remain Aafaq’s private property.
